CISX Update

New Issuers

The Channel Islands Stock Exchange LBG (“CISX”) announced on 14 October 2013 that it will not process new listing applications, until it has finalised its restructuring.  The extent of the proposed restructuring is not yet known, but it is not anticipated at this stage that the restructure will have any adverse impact on the international recognition presently enjoyed by the CISX. Hatstone Lawyers continues to grow its corporate and finance team. It now counts amongst its client base three of the world’s top ten banks and five of the world’s top 20 banks. The firm now regularly advises on a multitude of banking and capital markets transactions.

The partners of Hatstone Lawyers are delighted to announce the appointment of Hannes Botha as a partner.

Hatstone Lawyers announces the appointment of new Associate

Hatstone Lawyers are delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Wauchope. Stephen joins our Jersey office as an Associate. He is a practical, resolution focussed litigator who specialises in trust disputes, employment law, general commercial litigation and insurance risks (including health and safety law prosecutions, clinical negligence and data protection law breaches).
