Congratulations to Jersey local, Aaron Chandler, who recently qualified as an English solicitor with Hatstone in Jersey.
Aaron joined Hatstone as a paralegal in 2012 and following completion of the Legal Practice Course undertook a two year training contract with Hatstone in Jersey.
Aaron’s areas of practice are corporate and commercial and private client law.
Group Partner Simon Vivian said: ‘Aaron has studied and worked extremely hard over the past five years to become an English solicitor and we look forward to working with him and supporting him on the next stage of his career.’

Michael Shenkin, Senior Associate at Hatstone Lawyers Jersey, has been nominated for Lawyer of the Year IFC – Senior Associate at the awards which recognise the top young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders under 40 of today and tomorrow. Michael has been recognised on the Citywealth Leaders List since 2015.

Hatstone is delighted to announce the appointment of Philipp Neumann as Group Partner to head up Hatstone’s newly launched BVI practice.
Philipp joins Hatstone as a Group Partner from another international law firm having worked in the British Virgin Islands for over 8 years. Philipp has a strong reputation for his advisory work relating to offshore investment funds, corporate and commercial, private client and regulatory matters.
In addition to being qualified in the BVI, he is also an English lawyer and a German lawyer. He speaks English, German, Spanish and is conversational in French.
