Aaron works across a variety of finance products but with a particular focus on asset-based lending, real estate lending and structured finance instructions such as securitisations, receivables based lending, capital markets and derivatives.
Aaron has over 15 years’ experience as a lawyer and spent the early part of his career at Mayer Brown in both London and New York. Aaron continues to be a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Moving to Dublin in 2012, he has primarily focused on the financing and leasing of aviation assets but also continues to advise on structured finance, real estate lending and derivative transactions and was made partner in 2014 at another large offshore firm.
He holds a degree in history from Trinity College, Dublin and has, for a number of years, lectured on the Law Society of Ireland’s diploma courses with respect to derivatives.
When not looking after his young family, Aaron enjoys staying active and has taken part in several adventure races and charity runs over the past few years.
