Donna joined our Real Estate Department in May 2022 from a top-tier Dublin firm and has over 12 years of experience working in this sector.

Her experience spans a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisition, disposal, financing, due diligence, leasing, licensing and enforcement.

In her previous role, she worked in the real estate department and latterly in the finance department working closely with the property and finance partners in supporting the finance team on the property elements of a variety of finance transactions for both lender and borrower including large commercial and residential acquisitions financing, refinancing and development financing. Donna’s role was providing strategic advice on the provisions of security from a property perspective and providing conveyancing support to the wider finance team.

Donna has extensive real estate due-diligence experience and has acted on a number of large cross-jurisdictional property finance transactions on a wide variety of commercial and residential property portfolios upon instruction by magic circle firms.

Leisure

Donna loves horse riding and long walks on the beach with her two dogs. She loves singing and music and is currently a member of the renowned Dublin Gospel Choir who perform at music festivals at home and abroad, corporate events, weddings and other church and civil ceremonies.
