Mariana specialises in corporate and commercial, private clients and trusts.

Career

Mariana trained at a boutique firm in South Africa, where she gained experience in litigation, corporate and commercial matters. She is admitted as a South African Attorney.

She opened a sole practitioner practice in 2009, and built up a successful corporate, commercial and private client practice, which she sold before joining Hatstone Lawyers in 2014.

In addition to her LLB degree, she also has a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Mariana also has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution and is an experienced corporate, civil and family mediator.

Mariana speaks English and Afrikaans.

Leisure

Mariana enjoys spending time with her family and Dachshund. She is passionate about photography, travelling and painting, but most of all enjoys whale and dolphin spotting on the beautiful Western Cape coast.
