Rubeth started her career in Cape Peninsula University of Technology where she taught private law subjects for 3 years. 

She relocated to Ireland and worked as a legal executive in the Banking and Conveyancing department of a Dublin based commercial law firm, prior to joining Hatstone in April 2021.
