Investment Funds

Our Experience

We advise on, and a number of our lawyers have been on the boards of, a full suite of Jersey funds, including simple private equity structures, unregulated funds, listed funds, expert funds and open-ended collective investment funds across a range of asset classes. Our clients range from start-up projects to the leading promoters and asset managers. We regularly act for private equity houses, investment managers, pension funds, institutional investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and private banks.

Through our offices in Panama and South Africa, we are familiar with investment structures seeking to invest in emerging markets.

Our team, in conjunction with our listing partner, Hatstone Listing Services Limited, can also assist with listing on the The International Stock Exchange Limited and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
