Chrisma Genis

Chrisma specialises in corporate and commercial, including commercial drafting, advising on corporate structures and mergers and acquisitions.  

Chrisma studied at the University of Stellenbosch where she graduated with BComm LLB LLM (International Trade Law) degrees. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2013 and joined a boutique law firm in Cape Town where she gained experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. 

She moved to Hatstone in 2017 and furthered her studies to earn a post graduate diploma in tax law in 2019.
