Carl O’Shea

Carl specialises in private client, corporate and commercial law, trusts, foundations, limited partnerships and investments funds. He regularly advises and works with families, trust companies, fund administrators, tax boutiques and ultra and high net worth private clients on a wide range of matters.

Carl works with the private wealth and corporate teams in the Jersey, BVI and Panama offices.

Carl is a Jersey Advocate, an English solicitor and a British Virgin Islands solicitor with over 25 years´ of legal experience. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

He was called to the English Bar by Middle Temple in 1998 before becoming an English solicitor in 2001. Prior to moving to Jersey in 2006 to join Crill Canavan (now Collas Crill), Carl worked for the UK law firm Thomas Eggar (now Irwin Mitchell) advising on private client, trust and onshore and offshore matters.

Carl speaks English and basic Spanish.
