Stefan Schausberger

Stefan is a senior associate at Hatstone Lawyers who specialises in advising professional trustees and high net worth individuals in relation to private client work and structuring. Stefan also advises on compliance and regulatory issues and has extensive experience in various corporate transactions.

Stefan was admitted as an advocate in South Africa and began his career as a criminal defence litigator before joining Hatstone in 2014. Since then, he has devoted his career as an offshore lawyer advising both corporates and individuals in cross jurisdictional private client work, which included, South Africa, Jersey, BVI and Mauritius.

Stefan is also in the final stages of completing his ICA International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering.
